Delete your Loyale account
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This page explains how to delete your account in the Loyale App, and what happens to your information when you do. It also covers shop accounts in the Loyale Merchant app. Both apps are listed on Google Play under the developer name Hola, Mundo!, and Loyale is operated by Loyale Programming and Graphic Design W.L.L (Commercial Registration 135962-1, Kingdom of Bahrain).
Before you delete
Deleting your account ends your stamps and credit. They belong to your account, so they cannot be moved to anyone else or brought back afterwards. The app warns you about this before it deletes anything, and you then have 30 days to change your mind.
If you only want to stop using Loyale for a while, use Deactivate instead. It switches your account off and signs you out, but it does not delete your information.
How to delete your account
In the Loyale App
- On Home, tap the person icon at the top to open My Loyale.
- Tap Personal details.
- At the bottom, tap Deactivate account.
- At the bottom of the next page, tap Delete my account, read the warning, and tap Delete account to confirm.
Your account is switched off as soon as you confirm, and deleted 30 days later. If you sign in again within those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled and your account comes back as you left it, stamps and credit included. If an order, a gift or a payment is still going through, the app asks you to wait until it has finished.
If you don't see Delete my account, update the app to the latest version, or ask us by email.
By email
Write to info@loyaleapp.co from the email address on your account, or tell us the mobile number on your account, and say you want the account deleted. Within 30 days of your request, we will check that the account is yours and start the deletion. It then works exactly as in the app: your account is deleted 30 days later unless you sign in again first. We tell you when the deletion has started. There is no charge.
What we delete
As soon as you confirm, you are signed out of Loyale on every device and we stop sending you notifications. At the end of the 30 days, we delete:
- Your profile and personal details: your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, nationality and gender.
- Other details about you, including your saved cars and plate numbers, favourites and notification history, and the notes, car details and rating comments on your orders.
- Your stamps and credit, which end with the account and can no longer be used.
After the 30 days you can sign up again with the same mobile number or email, but you start again with no stamps or credit.
What we keep, and for how long
- Transaction records: the stamps and credit you collected and redeemed, and your orders, with nothing left on them that names you. We keep them only for as long as Bahraini tax and accounting law requires, because we are obliged to.
- App usage information (the screens you opened and where you tapped) is linked only to your member code, which no longer leads to anyone once your account is deleted. Screen recordings are deleted after 30 days.
- Copies held by shops. Shops you used, called merchants in section 4 of our Privacy Policy, could see some of your details and export them. Each shop is responsible for its own copies. Once your account is deleted, shops can no longer see your details in Loyale.
Shop accounts (Loyale Merchant)
Shop staff use the Loyale Merchant app, and its accounts belong to the shop. To close a shop's account, or to have a staff member's details deleted, write to info@loyaleapp.co. We may ask the shop's owner to confirm. We delete staff members' names and any contact details we hold for them, their sign-in sessions and notification tokens within 30 days. We keep the shop's agreement, invoices and transaction records for as long as the law requires. Closing a shop's account ends its Loyale services as its agreement with Loyale sets out.
